Free shipping will be applied to orders of $50 or more for residents within the United States (all 50 states). Minimum order of $20 to qualify for Hawaii residents.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER(S)?
Products applicable for free shipping will have a lead time of 2-3 business days for Hawaii residents and 5-10 business days for all other areas. Orders are delivered to post offices during weekdays. Please be advised weekend orders will not be shipped till the next working business day.
DOES VAPE SMOKE SHOP SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Vape Smoke Shop currently ships to all United States, its territories (i.e. Guam, American Samoa, etc.) and Canada (with additional shipping fee). We are working to ship outside of United States.

Shipping cost will vary based on products purchased due to its size, weight, and distance. Please see product for shipping estimations.
WHICH SHIPPING CARRIER DO WE USE?
We mainly ship with USPS but FEDEX or UPS may occasionally be used depending on region and shipping costs.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Our return policy is 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. To complete your return, we require a digital receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless its for warranty purposes.
You will be responsible for covering any shipping cost when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
